If we are late or miss your scheduled pickup, your ride is completely free. No forms, no negotiation, no questions asked. We back our punctuality with a real guarantee because we know how much rides matter to the families and residents we serve.
Can a family member or care coordinator book on behalf of a patient?
Yes, and this is how most of our rides are arranged. The booking form captures both the rider's name and a family or care contact. AtlasCare is built for families and community staff who coordinate rides on behalf of a loved one.
How does payment work?
Private-pay rides are reserved with payment at the time of booking through our secure Stripe checkout. Your time slot is confirmed only after payment is received. Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance receive a full refund. Same-day cancellations may be non-refundable, because driver time has already been reserved exclusively for that ride.
Can recurring dialysis rides be set up as an ongoing schedule?
Yes. The online booking form is designed for first-time and standard premium rides. After your first dialysis ride, we can discuss a recurring schedule with card-on-file or invoice-based payment to simplify weekly scheduling.
